Return Policy

XYMOGEN^® rigorously tests all its formulas for authenticity, potency, and safety; we do not resell any returned items and cannot accept returns. Claims for shortages, incorrect items, and damages must be made within five (5) days of delivery and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping Address

XYMOGEN will attempt to validate your shipping address before your order is submitted and, if necessary, provide a recommended substitution. If the carrier encounters errors or the address is undeliverable, an $18 fee may be assessed for address corrections and/or package rerouting.

Domestic Shipping Policy

XYMOGEN ships standard orders using USPS Priority and UPS Ground. At its discretion, XYMOGEN may use another carrier and/or method to ship orders. Standard shipping is available for all fifty (50) states, Puerto Rico (PR), and the Virgin Islands (VI).
