Brian Blackburn Sr, CEO
Brian saw a gap in the nutritional supplement industry regarding quality and regulation. In 2003, he stepped into that gap and built a family-owned supplement company to partner with healthcare professionals and create clean, high-quality formulas. From humble beginnings starting in their garage, Brian and his family have grown XYMOGEN into a trusted source of nutritional support.
Stephanie Blackburn, COO
Stephanie started her career at the National Cancer Institute, where she oversaw all personnel matters. In 1979, she met Brian, and their shared passion for healthcare and wellness inspired them to create XYMOGEN, a family-owned supplement company rooted in quality and integrity. They began by shipping supplements themselves with just 1 employee. Today, Stephanie manages the entire production and manufacturing of the company, which operates on a 309,000-square-foot campus with 372 employees.
Kyle leads the development of all XYMOGEN formulas from initial concept through final production, overseeing every stage, including quality control, laboratory testing, regulatory compliance, and manufacturing. He works closely with licensed suppliers to source premium ingredients that meet our exacting standards for integrity, safety, and efficacy—the foundational pillars of our family-owned company

With a background in Business Administration, Brian plays a crucial role in shaping and enhancing XYMOGEN’s strategic relationships. He holds dual responsibilities at XYMOGEN and WholeScripts in establishing partnerships with industry professionals that aim to elevate the XYMOGEN brand to become a household name.

Sarah is a certified personal trainer and dedicated wellness advocate with multiple credentials in fitness and education. She has seamlessly blended her passions by founding XYMOGYM—a state-of-the-art athletic facility and holistic recovery space designed to serve Orlando’s health-conscious community.
