The Associate Customer Service Representative works with clients in need of printed labels, flexible packaging, and folding cartons for estimates, orders, general inquiries, and accounting issues through a large volume of email correspondence and phone conversations. This individual partners with other team members to help see orders through production, helping to resolve issues along the way and keeping clients informed as necessary.
1st shift from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

The Dispensing/Blending Operator is responsible for following manufacturing instructions as written in the manufacturing record to produce a quality product within a cGMP environment.

Responsibilities of the Packaging Machine Operator will include the ability to operate all equipment to an acceptable operation level and be required to backfill the section lead as needed. This person will also be required to perform cleaning and sanitation duties as needed.

The Packaging Operator works in the last phase of the manufacturing line and performs the duties related to packing, labeling, storage, and shipment of the finished products. They are responsible for various duties in a manufacturing cGMP facility.
The Production Mechanic maintains production and quality by ensuring operation of machinery and mechanical equipment as described in all relevant SOPs, equipment manuals and FDA guidelines. Responsible for installing, repairing and monitoring production and packaging machinery. This is a mid-level position with exposure to electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems.

The Regulatory Associate is a senior-level member of the Regulatory Affairs Department. He/She is third in command to the Regulatory Affairs Director. They are responsible to support compliance efforts in development, implementation, and oversite of compliance measures to ensure facility-wide adherence to and other applicable regulations and certifications (including NSF, TGA, DSHEA, CFR, and cGMP practices). The Regulatory Associate is responsible for special projects and support of general department workload including, but not limited to, product complaint handling, non-conformances, supplier qualification, CAPA investigations and documentation, and managing product recalls.
